🔧 Maintenance & Technical Specs
What is the lifespan of a Joyor electric scooter?
A mid-range Joyor scooter can last perfectly for 2 to 3 years with regular use. The lifespan depends on battery cycles, rider weight, terrain, and maintenance.

Pro Tip: You can extend the life of your scooter significantly by replacing wearable parts (tires, brake pads) promptly and maintaining proper tire pressure.
Is the electric scooter waterproof?
Joyor scooters are water-resistant (suitable for light splashes), but they are not fully waterproof.

To protect the battery and electronic components, avoid riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles. Water damage is generally not covered under standard warranty policies.
What should I do if I have technical issues?
If you encounter any technical problems:
  1. Check the user manual for troubleshooting steps.
  2. Contact the official dealer where you purchased the scooter.
  3. If purchased from our official site, email our support team at support@joyor-escooter.com.
