Return & Refund Policy

Thank you very much for choosing JOYOR electric scooter as your shopping partner. We are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers and making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return and refund policy, and everything you need to know about it:

  • return policy:

Please contact us if you would like to make changes or cancel your order before it is processed (usually within 12 hours). Your order may be amended or refunded before we ship it. After our staff confirms the situation, we will process the refund for you.

Items eligible for return are as follows:

Scooters that fail due to defects in materials/workmanship within 7 days of delivery.

If the board has any manufacturing defects when it comes out of the packaging (uncommon), we will repair it for free or send you a replacement part to fix the problem. For more details, please review our Warranty Policy.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@joyor-escooter.com to initiate a return request and obtain a return authorization. Send the product back to us in its original packaging.

  • Refund Policy:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If your refund is approved, we'll automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that we do not accept "change of mind" return requests. Returns and refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks, but are usually resolved sooner. Once we have received your item, we will notify you whether your request has been approved or denied.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Return Shipping:

No no-excuse returns or rejections are supported, unless the product is faulty

If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund;
If the return is due to the buyer (e.g. didn't like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the original shipping costs, return shipping and/or refurbishment costs (if required) of 100-300 EUR (varies by model and shipping costs)

You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. Because products contain lithium-ion batteries, they must be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations. Please notify the battery carrier prior to shipment. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. In most cases, we can also provide you with a return label and deduct the cost from your final refund.

  • Late or lost refunds:

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@joyor-escooter.com.

  • Shipping instructions:

  1. Item is safely repackaged in the original box.
  2. Please include all original packaging, including labels.
  3. We must receive your returned item within 12 weeks of the return and refund approval date. If we have not received your return by this time, your return and refund approval will be void

  5. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  6. Shipping charges on your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can choose any carrier (DPD, FedEx, DHL, etc.), but we really need a way to provide a tracking number.
  7. NOTE: Due to new policies issued by PayPal, if you wish to cancel a purchase, there will be a processing fee of 5% of the order total.
  8. We always do our best to take care of our customers and treat you fairly; we ask that you, our customers, treat us fairly as well. Sometimes we may not accept returns.
  9. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return or refund. If you need a refund, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
