SHIPPING INFORMATION Your order will be shipped directly from our Poland warehouse and processed within 2 working days. Please note that due to certain policy restrictions, goods entering the UK from other countries will be transited in Germany, so the delivery time of the parcel will take about 10 working days. The tracking number and status will be updated after the package has been scanned by the German facility, which usually takes 7 working days.
How to change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible. Please note that your order can only be amended or refunded before we ship it. If you need any help or support, please contact us at support@joyor-escooter.com .
Do I need to pay extra shipping or taxes?
