Shipping Coverage and Countries
This policy applies to all electric scooters purchased through the Joyor , shipped directly from overseas warehouses to major EU countries. For a complete list of countries, refer to the logistics solutions table. -
Shipping Methods and Logistics Partners
We collaborate with internationally renowned logistics companies (e.g., DHL, UPS,DPD,BRT) and dedicated logistics services to ensure efficient and secure delivery. Customers can choose between standard or expedited shipping based on their destination country. -
Shipping Timeframes and Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, suitable for most orders.
- Special Area Delivery: Some remote areas (e.g., Greek islands, Irish countryside) may require an additional 1-2 business days.

- If the product is damaged during transit or does not match the order, customers can apply for a return or replacement within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are covered by Joyor .

Liability and Compensation
- If the product is damaged or lost due to logistics company issues, Joyor will assist customers in filing a claim and prioritize reshipping the product.
- Joyor is not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

How to process my order?
Your order will be shipped directly from our Poland warehouse and processed within 2 working days. Please note that due to certain policy restrictions, goods entering the UK from other countries will be transited in Germany, so the delivery time of the parcel will take about 10 working days. The tracking number and status will be updated after the package has been scanned by the German facility, which usually takes 7 working days.
