SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • How to process my order?

Your order will be shipped directly from our Poland warehouse and processed within 2 working days. Please note that due to certain policy restrictions, goods entering the UK from other countries will be transited in Germany, so the delivery time of the parcel will take about 10 working days. The tracking number and status will be updated after the package has been scanned by the German facility, which usually takes 7 working days.

  • How to change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible. Please note that your order can only be amended or refunded before we ship it. If you need any help or support, please contact us at support@joyor-escooter.com.

  • Do I need to pay extra shipping or taxes?

  • Why is the shipment delayed?

  • What should I do if my order never arrives?

If you do not receive your package within the standard delivery time, please first check the status of your order using the tracking number, then contact our customer service staff immediately for assistance.

  • What should I do if an item is lost or damaged?

Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will appreciate if you notify us of any missing or errors within three working days of receiving your order and will ensure that appropriate steps are taken to resolve the issue for you.
